I stayed at Litros Hotel & Spa for 29 days and felt right at home. The location is a big plus—just a 7–8 minute walk to Terazidere metro (M1 line) and Esenler Otogar (main bus terminal), and the Havaist airport shuttle stops at Otogar too. It’s super easy to reach places like Forum Istanbul, Mall of Istanbul, Yenikapı, Taksim, and Sultanahmet—all accessible by metro and bus. Since I was staying for a long time, they kindly gave me a spacious triple room that faced a quiet street—even though I was traveling alone. Breakfast is served 7:30–10:00, with fresh, varied options. They even make omelettes on request and let you eat even if you're a bit late. The restaurant staff were friendly, and you can order hotel meals anytime—large portions, especially the Caesar salad. My room was cleaned everyday by a lovely “abla” (I never got her name, but she was amazing). The room stayed neat and comfy. Plus, there are late-night markets nearby which is super convenient. Special thanks to Mr. Ömer and Mr. Anar—they were always kind, helpful, and made the stay even more comfortable with their friendly attitude. It was nice to have people you could rely on during a long stay.

Friendly staff members, daily room service, safe box in the closet, daily recharge of room card at reception for security (sounded weird at first to me, but when I think about it, it was a good method to increase the security), additional blanket in the closet, fabric slippers in the room, perfect heating-cooling system

The room was clean and comfortable: soft beds, toothpaste and toothbrush provided in the bathroom, and a bottle of water. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The bus station is about a 15-minute walk away, but if you have a large suitcase, it’s better to take a taxi — it costs around 200 lira. Special thanks to the reception staff — Zafer Bey and Omer Bey — for their kindness and assistance. Also, many thanks to waiter Ömer, who kindly let me have breakfast earlier because my bus was leaving very early in the morning.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfasts and very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

The breakfast was freshly made and seemed to be very original. Also the waiters were very friendly. The menemen was very tasty! :) Also, even though the hotel was at a very busy road due to the sound proof windows not a lot of noise came inside. When we arrived the receptionist (sadly I forgot his name and lost the card he wrote for us :-/ ) tried everything to organize a room for us ahead of time. We really appreciated it. Give this man a raise!!

I'm really liked the help of the staff, they helped us bring our bags into the room. There is an elevator and a good restaurant where the food is very tasty. Thank you very much for your help when checking out, we couldn’t order a taxi, and one guy from the hotel, unfortunately, I lost his business card, found two taxis, I’m very grateful to him

The hotel is close to the coach bus terminal. Good location and friendly staff. I stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The manager Mr. Sefa is very polite and he takes care of my requests. I'd definitely visit here again.

We came for work to Istanbul. The staff was very helpful, especially Onur, Burak, Serkan and Mehmet. The guys are great. They helped us with SIM cards (they found them at night), COVID tests, taxi, transfer and many more. They assisted with everything we need which made our stay is perfect. They also instructed us on everything. in the city. Amazing employees! The breakfast was very nice. I think they just a got new chef. It had traditional Turkish breakfast and also European. Very tasty and fresh. The metro/bus station is walking distance. So if you don’t want to spend money on taxi, you can always use a metro.
